Vrátil jsem se do školy zhruba tak po 20 ti letech, do intenzivní školy.

Samovzdělával jsem se neustále na různých kurzech. Tady to bylo takové cílenější vzdělání. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem si vybral tady na Ústavu práva a právní vědy obor Leadership, tak jsem si potřeboval jakoby zkonfrontovat to mé intuitivní vedení, protože můj tým lidí, který mám od začátku, jsem řídil intuitivně.

Ze začátku to bylo náročné, ale lektoři a vedení Ústavu je úžasné, takže to bylo velice přirozené.

Organizace výuky je úžasná, myslím si, že přednášky jsou v dobrých časech, že i pro mne, co přijíždím 80 km, je to daleko do Prahy. Nemám problém s tím si to přizpůsobit.
