Na základě svých výborných zkušeností poskytuji velice rád osobní referenci na studium LL.M. se zaměřením na korporátní právo – správu a řízení společností. Studium jsem započal v květnu 2013 z důvodu nutnosti rozšíření mého právního vzdělání v souladu se změnami legislativy, zejména Zákonem o obchodních korporacích a Novým občanským zákoníkem ve vztahu k zodpovědnosti statutárních zástupců právnických osob.

V letech 2012 až 2014 jsem se podílel na restrukturalizaci a uzavření dvou závodů významného výrobce automobilových součástek skupiny TRW v Praze – Horních Počernicích, Podbořanech na Lounsku a Žluticích na Karlovarsku jako HR manažer a člen dozorčí rady společnosti. Studium LL.M. se zaměřením na korporátní právo – správu a řízení společností je velice prakticky orientované, studentům je umožněna návštěva přednášek dle priorit studenta, moduly na sebe velice dobře navazují. Vedení školy umožňuje flexibilně přizpůsobit intenzitu, délku a obsah studia v závislosti na potřebách a pracovním vytížení studentů.

Pedagogický sbor je na vysoké úrovni, mnozí přednášející a lektoři jsou vysokoškolsky pedagogicky činní nebo provozující advokátní praxi s bohatými zkušenostmi. Semináře jsou interaktivní, obsahují případové studie, studentům je dán prostor pro dotazy a připomínky, studenti hodnotí úroveň seminářů, na připomínky a podněty ke zlepšení je rychlá reakce. Rovněž zázemí školy je velice funkční, studijní oddělení je vstřícné a akční, komunikace mezi školou a studenty je na vysoké úrovni.

Osobně jsem velice často využil možnost návštěvy dalších seminářů a vzdělávacích akcí Ústavu práva a právní vědy a možnost vypůjčení odborné literatury z knihovny školy.

Získané vědomosti mi pomáhají i v současnosti řešit pracovní úkoly, používám je ve své každodenní praxi. Vzhledem k výše uvedenému je pro mě velkou ctí doporučit Ústav práva a právní vědy®, o.p.s., studium LL.M. i další vzdělávací programy a vzdělávací akce, kursy a semináře jak pro systematické vzdělávání a zvyšování kvalifikace, tak i pro doplnění specifických znalostí z oblastí práva, ekonomie, managementu, řízení a správy organizací.
