Pro studium bloku LL.M. na Ústavu práva a právní vědy, jsem se rozhodl proto, že jsem si potřeboval sám pro sebe a pro své klienty ujednotit a začlenit všechny obory práva, které pro ně dělám.

Bylo pro mě velkým přínosem se zúčastnit seminářů, které byly velmi aktivně pojaty ze strany jednotlivých přednášejících, s tím, že má zapojovali do svých přednášek, s tím, že jsme si navzájem vyměňovali zkušenosti a posouvali jsme celou tu problematiku, která byla přednášena, na daleko jinou úroveň.

Znalosti nabyté při studiu toho korporátního bloku LL.M. v podstatě používám aktivně při své každodenní práci pro klienty. Ať už je to novela zákona o obchodních korporacích nebo občanský zákoník, nyní nově připravovaný zákoník práce, který v podstatě navazuje tady na ty právní předpisy a další a další.

Byl to pro mě velký přínos a teprve tady při studiu jsem si uvědomil ty jednotlivé souslednosti mezi těmito právní předpisy.
