Managerial Accounting (ENG)
This courses represents an analysis of the managerial accounting followed by companies. It provides a deep overview into the methods used to account for costs, apportion and analyse costs, prepare and verify a budget and all the other techniques used in order to control internally the management of resources.
Project management (ENG)
If you are like most people, you are “pretty sure” you know what projects are, and you “think” you know what project management is (and what a project manager does), but there’s always a varying amount of uncertainty in those perceptions. This is in contrast to the operations of an organization.
Marketing Management (ENG)
This course is focused on the practical applications of Marketing . Students will learn how to operate in the analysis of a market (Porter five forces), in the analysis of competitors ( SWOT analysis) and the main tool of marketing research (questionnaires, interviews, focus groups). All these techniques will be used in the determination on the market where the chosen product is to be place, the appropriate price and the right promotion.
