Commercial Leadership (ENG)
Commercial Leadership goes well beyond of just closing the sale and generating top line revenue. When an individual achieves a certain level of Commercial Leadership Competencies, he/she transforms into a real businessman/woman.
Innovation (ENG)
To help participants acquire the basic knowledge they need to apply innovation fundamentals, tools and processes so that they can support the innovation activities and projects and carry out necessary functions within their organizations.
Financial Reporting (ENG)
This course is focused on an analysis of the main principles and concepts related to financial reporting of companies. The four financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of equity, cash flow statement will be analysed. Students will also gain an overview of financial ratios.
